Payment availability
Online payments are currently unavailable. Contact Fermentors about service and billing arrangements. An inquiry does not authorize a charge.
Community website care
The proposed founding-client rate is $20 per month plus applicable tax, subject to availability and a written agreement. It covers hosting, HTTPS, routine maintenance, recoverable site copies, and one content update of up to 15 minutes each month. Unused update time does not accumulate.
Separate costs
New pages, redesigns, ordering systems, custom integrations, domain registration, and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately. The agreement must identify whether any setup fee is charged, waived, or capped.
Recurring payments
Before checkout, clients must receive the seller identity, amount, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation method. A recurring charge requires express agreement. The intended care plan renews monthly until canceled.
Cancellation
The intended monthly arrangement allows cancellation before the next renewal, with service continuing through the paid period. When enabled, use the billing portal or contact orion.fermentors@gmail.com. A cancellation request should identify the account or invoice without including full card details.
Refunds and billing errors
Report an incorrect or duplicate charge promptly. Refund eligibility, unused periods, any nonrefundable third-party costs, and remedies for interrupted service must be stated in the service agreement and applied consistently with applicable law. This page does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.
Website transition
The agreement should explain content export, access, transition timing, and any separately priced migration assistance. Canceling a payment subscription does not automatically transfer a domain or third-party account.
Separate businesses and funds
Payments to Fermentors are for the agreed services. Purchases from Fuel So Good belong to that business and are handled by its merchant arrangements. Service payments do not purchase an investment interest, authorize investment management, or entitle the payer to trading returns.
