This website introduces Fermentors and provides a way to ask about services. Browsing, submitting an inquiry, or preparing an email does not create a paid service agreement.
Before work begins
A written agreement must identify the legal provider and client, deliverables, price, payment schedule, content responsibilities, support arrangements, and termination terms. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price.
Content and ownership
Clients retain rights to their supplied branding and content. The agreement must identify ownership or licensing of custom website work, reusable Fermentors components, and third-party materials. Please supply only materials you are authorized to use.
Domains, hosting, and handoff
The intended arrangement keeps domain registration in an account controlled by the client. Domain renewals are separate from website care. Hosting through Fermentors or a client-owned account is agreed before launch. Delegated access is preferred where available, and existing email records are reviewed before website DNS changes. The written agreement defines website and content rights, recoverable copies, a client-specific export, transition timing, and any separately priced assistance. No domain or third-party account is transferred by this information page.
Accuracy and availability
Content is reviewed during a project, but website content and external services may change. Service levels, support hours, and maintenance commitments are stated in the applicable agreement. This site makes no promise of uninterrupted access or guaranteed business results.
Third-party links and affiliations
External websites and learning platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. References to Fuel So Good, HoSC, Motlow State, or communities do not transfer ownership or establish endorsement. Any formal collaboration requires an agreement with the organization.
