Program arrangements
Before participating, confirm the instructor, content, age suitability, schedule, format, fees, cancellation terms, supervision, and any accessibility accommodations. This website does not confirm an active class schedule or available places.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian should arrange participation for a child. Enrollment in a child-directed online program requires an appropriate consent and privacy process. Please do not submit identifying student records with an initial inquiry.
Laboratory and in-person activities
Hands-on activities require an approved setting, suitable supervision, and activity-specific safety instructions. Any required participant permissions, emergency arrangements, insurance, and venue responsibilities must be established before an event.
Institutional relationships
Fermentors is independent of Motlow State Community College and the Hands-On Science Center unless a specific approved agreement states otherwise. Institution-hosted activities, use of facilities or logos, and representations of partnership require the relevant organization’s authorization.
Credit and credentials
Fermentors educational activities do not confer college credit, accreditation, or a professional credential unless an authorized institution explicitly offers and documents it.
Materials and interactive tools
Course content, images, software, and simulations may have separate licenses. Commercial use and redistribution depend on those licenses. Developing VR experiences require device and classroom testing before they are offered as a supported activity.
Assessment and records
Any arrangement involving student assessments or records must define authorized access, instructor review, storage, retention, and permitted processing before records are shared.
